DC Aviation GmbH, based in Stuttgart and employing a staff of more than 330 employees, is the largest operator of business jets in Germany and one of the leading operators in Europe. With additional locations in Dubai and Zurich, its international presence is growing continuously. DC Aviation was founded in 2007 from the former DaimlerChrysler Aviation, a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG. Today, DC Aviation offers a complete portfolio, from aircraft management and charters to the repair and maintenance of business jets. The young fleet ranges from the modern short-haul Learjet 40 to medium-haul and long-haul jets like the Gulfstream G450/G550 and VVIP Airbus 319 CJ. The company was the first German operator of private jets to be awarded the international “IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA)” certificate in July 2007.
