 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Millennium Jet srls does not take any responsibility for cancellation of flight due to act of good. For act of good we mean: aircraft failure, bad weather condition, airport strikes, landing permission and traffic rights not obtained, pre- payment not satisfied/ pendings. The flight could be performed according to the airports operation times, otherwise the alternate airport will be accepted. In case of bad weather condition, the departure and/or the destination aerodrome is upon unchallengeable Captain’ s decision. It is upon unchallengeable discretion of the Captain of the aircraft verify the payload and cargo transport that is suitable for the flight that has to be performed. Extra pieces of baggage or extra size dimension can increase airport and flight costs and so the reserved price to you. The customer has to accept any Captain’ s decisions, that is responsible for the safety of the aircraft and its payload. Catering on board: standard. Eventually late night confirmation (after 20.00 Italian lt pm) will fall in “extra time work” as above. In case of “no show” at the departure time our company will have the right to cancel the flight according the penalties below. Penalty in case of cancellation: 30% at flight confirmation, 50% two weeks before the flight, 70% 10 days before the flight and 100% 48 hours before the flight. Italian Law as the only one applicable. The Court of Rimini shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
